In building the team of early disciples was Jesus looking for the X factor? Amazing talent, ability and gifts? Did He grab the elites from the Rabbi Schools, those of political and social standing in commerce and wealth? If He was to change the world, why not go to the military academy or the influencers of the day? Was Jesus even interested in them?

I'd like to share with you today, how Jesus used people just like you and I. For it was not the X Factor that Jesus was looking for, but an attribute far more significant.
