The Master, Jesus Christ, has gone away but is coming back! This message asks what are we doing with the "goods" He has entrusted every one of us with and why do we serve Him? If you have ever thought you don't have much to offer, that you are somehow unsuitable for GODs work or that Jesus Christ is a hard task master then this is for you. Hear from the book of Matthew Chapter 25 verses 14 to 30 how GOD delights in us and wants each of us to be part of something bigger than ourselves.

Ephesians 2:10 tells us that whilst we are not saved by good works, God has planned good works for His body to accomplish.
For the body of Christ to be fully functional. every member needs to be participating in the work with whatever gift God has placed in them.

The Power Of One:
Jesus greatest desire in His closing prayer after the last supper, that believers in Him then, and into the future, would be One. That we would be One with one another in Him, as He was One with the Father. Jesus went on to say that we would be made perfect in One.
Although our giftings to the family of believers vary in so many ways, these attributes of God in the body act as an organ, vital to the whole body functioning. The success of the 1936 Olympic 8 Man Rowing Team was that they were never eight But One!!!
 

The Presence Of God
You too today can be set free from performance-based religion. I must, I will, I endeavour, I should. Paul said to the Galatians, “And do not be brought again under a yoke of bondage."
Before Moses was given the rod with which to do the signs, he was in the presence of God in the burning bush. For it is in the presence of God that the power and authority of God is dispensed. The presence of God is what differentiates believers from all the peoples of the earth.

The Fruit Of The Lips
Do our words impact our lives and the lives of others? To what degree do they in fact affect our future? Does the creative power of our own words stop when we take our last breath?
Scripture reveals a spiritual principal that will demonstrate the reality that life and death are in the power of the tongue. If you and I knew the potentially long-term repercussions and even consequences of what comes forth from our lips, just how more circumspect would we all be.

The Wilderness Of The Soul
Jesus saw through the veil of the Laodicean Church who claimed to be rich, wealthy and have need of nothing. His assessment was that they were wretched, miserable, poor, blind and naked. Quite a sobering appraisal.
Jesus said to the woman at the well who was also in a spiritual wilderness; Jn 4:13 Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again. V14 But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst.
Is your soul parched? Then let us call out to Him today!!!  

Indifference - The Mark Of The Endtime Church
Are we living in the end of days? A letter to the Laodicean church in the Book of Revelation were rebuked for being neither hot nor cold. This is a letter to the 7th church being representative of our time.
Is a discipleship to Christ void of any personal cost? Do the words and sentiments of sacrifice, denying oneself, counting the cost, and being faithful unto death still ring true in the modern sophisticated church? It has been said that “If there is no forsaking then there is no grabbing hold of the real, pure and the holy”!!!

God Heard Their Groaning, How Much More So Your Prayers
After 430 years in Egypt the Israelites afflicted, burdened and reduced to slave-hood groaned in their bondage and cried out to God. Scripture records that God heard their groanings.
Hannah also was in bitterness of soul and prayed to the Lord. She spoke in her heart; only her lips moved, but her voice was not heard. John Bunyan wrote almost 400 years ago “It is better to have a heart without words than to have words without a heart.”
Start a prayer life with God today. Eloquence has never been a credential that God holds high regard. 

Exciting Days Ahead.
Who knows that there are seasons in every aspect of life? In marriages, families, work careers and business and even churches. God has promised in His word while the earth remains, seedtime and harvest (seasons) shall not cease.
Ecclesiastes Chapter 3 says that He, that’s God, has made everything beautiful in its time. John Wesley, that mighty man of God, in the last hours of his life said encouragingly to his leaders “God is with us.”
When the song writer penned “You see me through the seasons.” God not only sees us with His eyes but sees us literally through every season of our lives until we see Him face to face.
